Customer Service (International Logistics/ Air Import)
An international logistics company is looking for a full-time customer service with relevant experience and qualifications for their Air Import Department.
The company is one of the leading logistics companies and due to the business growth they are looking for a new member who can take care of their clients in electronics, automotive parts, semi-conductors, apparel, chemical, medical, and consumer goods industries.
The position is Temp-to-Hire (conversion based on your performance), so it will be a great opportunity to join a stable yet growing global company.
Essential Duties (Not Official: Please ask the interviewer for more details)
Providing comprehensive customer service to clients
Negotiate price with the suppliers
Quote preparation (air, ocean, off-shore shipment, 3PL, domestic/interstate transport)
Support and work with our dynamic sales team
Maintaining existing customers
Dealing with complaints and enquiries from clients
Assisting with reception and answering phone calls
Office support duties
Other tasks requested by managers and the company
8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
*This position requires the occasional Sunday shift schedule (1-2 times/month)
Los Angeles (Near Los Angeles International Airport)
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Have experience in freight-forwarding industry and excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, positive attitude and good work ethics.
