KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Quality:

  • Oversight of claims processing, Management & Reporting of claims, Improvement Plans, Reverse supply chain process & mgt, Outbound quality audits
  • KPIs- Customer Claims vs shi pped lines, PMSI Results

Supplier Quality:
  • Supplier Non-Sal eable KPI management, supplier improvement plans, receiving quality process & management, quality returns & scrapping process, supplier chargeback oversight
  • KPIs- Open and aging Non Sale, Open and aging Supplier Claims,

Part Quality:
Part level qu ality management and issue resolution, KPIs and critical part reporting, engineering coordination, part quality improvement, supplier integration to resolve quality issues.

COST MANAGEMENT/FIN.CONTROL & REPORTING
  • Develop , monitor, and drive improvement to Financial p erformance KPIs
  • Develop, Track, and Monitor Fixed & Variable Budget / Actuals
  • Central G&A Cost Management and Reduction Initiatives
  • Functional Area Cost Savings Management and Tracking
  • Invoicing, Payment, and Finance Support
  • Development of project costs and Manage project budgets
  • Audit Management and Compliance
  • KPIs- Cost as a % of Net Revenue b y function, Budget vs Actual

  • Strat egy, Planning, & Project Management
  • Supply Chain Strategy development
  • Supply Chain Organization business case development
  • Project Management
  • Maintenance of proje ct logs, open issues lists, and timelines associated with all Supply Chain projects
  • Facilitate weekly update meetings ensuring commitments are kept by all functional leads
  • Document processes and support team members in developing required outputs
  • Prepares Project and Launch readiness Updates
  • Coordinate deadlines and schedules to be compl iant with project timing
  • Organize and prepare presentations for all levels of management
  • KPIs- Project % complete, Milestone completion, Project Budget v s actual

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Direct the daily activities of employees within the organization
Coach employees regarding their business activities organiza tional success
Work with the PDC managers and other departments to ensure the necessa ry focus on Quality and Packaging
Report and manage the KPI performance for the Quality and Packaging functions
Develop and manage performance to targets driving advancement of Dealer Claim s reduction, Part Quality, Non-
Saleable inventory, Part Packaging Design, PDC to Dealer Packaging solutions
Ensure part and packaging inspection / repack activities are being completed a s required by all PDCs
Develop, present, and get approval for improvement proposals supporting Quality and Packaging imp rovement
Work with the brands and dealer network to effectively communicate performance and improvement initiatives
Evaluate Supply cost performance and drive visibility throughout the organization
Coordinate focused improvement initiatives supporting network cost reductions
Monitor and report on the progress of departmental projects in process
Coordinate cross functional projects across all Supply and extended de partments
Develop project updates to support communication to senior management as well as project team members

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/Preferred
Bachelors Required
Degree focused on Supply Chain Management preferred.

Years of Experience Job Category Required/Preferred:
8-10 years

Additional Experience Requirements
8-10 years of applicable work experience
4-5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience

SKILLS
Computer Skills Reasoning Ability
Proficient computer skills: e-mail, record keeping, routine database, word processing, spreadsheets

SKILLS -ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Experienced in managing large projects encompassing all areas of supply chain and their associated systems.
Understanding of cost management and reductions
Strong leadership skills
Able to effectively comm unicate with all levels of the organization
Works well with other departments and is able to evaluate inter-de partmental impacts of decisions
Strong time management and planning abilities
Capable of business case development
