Rapidly growing lighting manufacture in Canoga Park is seeking an energetic team player to fill its Front Desk Recption position. If you have expereince with ansewering multiple phone lines, filing, customer service support, this temp-to hire role is for you.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
- Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system.
- Retrieves information from files when needed.
- Maintain contact list & password log In (Non-Inventory vendors. I.e.: U-line, Costco, etc.)
- Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Answers and filters phone calls. Takes messages when needed.
- Works in cooperation with other system development to cover phones.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Makes coffee every morning, keeps kitchen clean, throws trash, refills restrooms tissue towels.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Maintain office supply inventories and keeping supply room and offices clean.
- Run company’s errands as needed.
