Facilities Administrative Assistant - Chatsworth, CA

Rapidly-growing nutritional supplement manufacturer is seeking a career-minded, experienced administrative assistant to work under the direction of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.

If you have ever worked as an Admin Assistant in a manufacturing environment, have dealt with vendors that handle facilities and equipment repair, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow.

Skills and experience in the following is preferred:

• Strong MS Office skills -- Outlook, Word, Excel

• Follow-up and attention to detail

• Working across departments effectively - Operations, Maintenance, Production, etc

• Setting up appointments with vendors that deal in the repair and maintenance of manufacturing and material handling equipment

• Strong telephone, email, and Excel skills required
