Technical Support - Call Center Representative - Houston, TX

Advantage Resourcing is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to work in a Call Center environment in the North Houston area!

 

We are looking for friendly, computer literate, call center representatives to take an average of 50-70 technical support calls per day!  If you love interacting with people and are computer savvy; whether you are a morning bird or a night owl, we have the opportunity for you!

Qualifications Include:

50-70 calls a day

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Call center environment preferred, but not required

Good work tenure - a MAXIMUM of 2 jobs in the last 2 years

Tech support calls

Be able to walk customers through troubleshooting their phone

Be able to read off of a prompt

Must be patient and great communication skills

 

Other Job Details:

Schedule: 5 days a week, MUST be able to work weekends AND have the availability to work 1st, 2nd, OR 3rd shift

***A set scheduled will not be offered until AFTER training has been completed.  No one is able to guarantee a specific shift, but once the schedule is given, it is set.

Background Requirement - Conviction free in the last 7 years



$16/hour $17 if bilingual
