Accounts Receivable Assistant - Holden, LA

• Good accounting knowledge and HEAVY A/R knowledge with a minimum of 10 years of experience. • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and with all levels of management and staff. • Previous experience working for a large company preferably in the Manufacturing Industry. • Billing experience in a manufacturing and retail environment. • Excellent knowledge of Purchase Order system required. • Experience working with a customer base of 500 – 1000 customers. • Ability to set up customers in an accounting system. • Heavy Collections experience required. • Experience posting all cash receipts. • Solving customer problems and invoicing in a timely and efficient manner. It would be full time (40 hours a week – M-F 8 AM to 5 PM). $16-$18hr depending on experience.
