Valuations Coordinator - Orange, CA

Enter all valuations information into the order management system(s) as required. Establish and maintain customer and broker relationships through effective communication, timely resolution of concerns and anticipation of the customers and brokers needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Review and enter all information received from the customer relevant to a new order; - Contact customers to validate information; - Answer all incoming phone calls; - Monitor shared email folder and address all incoming e-mails and faxes; - Check status of work for customers; - Resolve customer complaints; - Proactively call customers; - Send confirmations to customers; - Meet production goals set for the position; - Regular consistent attendance is required and may include after hour Company events; - Ability to accept supervision; - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person; - Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors; - Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor; - Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company;
