Client Services - Santa Ana, CA

Our client is a global financial services company and is seeking a Trust Administrator for their Santa Ana offices.

The ideal canidate will have 3 or more years Corporate Trust (or similar) experience and Undergraduate Degree (BA or BS).

Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration of 100+ MBS trusts (includes RMBS and CMBS)
  • Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients; including investment, liquidation and distribution of funds
  • Respond to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties
  • Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements
  • Review compliance to ensure conformity to the transaction documents
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of deal/account information across several bank applications
  • Monthly preparation of documents requested by various deal parties, in particular mortgage loan servicers
  • Collaborate with other team members to address ad hoc projects
