Office / Leasing Assistant - Lubbock, TX

Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant / Leasing Assistant to work for a well-known Apartment Complex in Lubbock, Texas!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Secure new Tenant leases
  • Assist all prospective and current Tenants with leasing questions
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Data Entry from the Sales Team
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven administrative and sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive in new sales
  • Working knowledge of property management and/or leasing agent skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Bi-Lingual is preferred, but not required
  • Must have a valid Drivers License!!!
