Document Processing Assistant - Santa Ana, CA

Our client is a global financial services company and is seeking a quality Document Processing Assistant to be based in their Santa Ana offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk or data entry capacity. Knowledge of Excel and typing skills above 45WPM are also required. You must have experience working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency are of high importance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy
  • Updating loan files in thier system
  • Data entry support for the loan servicing department
  • Responding to requests and inquiries from client companies
  • Auditing files for accuracy before shipping out to customers
  • Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments

This role is a temporary placement. The hours for the position are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday but requires the availability to work overtime.
