Customer Service Rep - Ruston, LA
Great Opportunity for Call Center Representative in the Ruston, LA area! Will work a Part Time Schedule to start, 20+ hours/week!
- Answer customers’ calls in a professional manner and eagerly assist the customers’ needs.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Recognize opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Forwarding complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Transferring calls to Shift Leads as needed, such as calls that require escalation due to questions or complaints.
- Additional job duties as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
CSR will possess:
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
-Excellent data entry and keyboard skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong ability to listen.
-High energy level and ability to work under pressure.
-Maintains a professionalism in rushed situations.
