Position coordinates all activities for scheduling to include pre-calling customers, scheduling appointments for delivery, scanning and filing paperwork and maintaining an efficient and tidy workplace. • Pre-call customers to schedule an appointment for delivery (home delivery, builder sites and retail establishments) to customer requirements and maximize customer satisfaction. • Verify with the customer their product order during the pre-call to ensure accuracy of the order and minimize returns. • Answer phone promptly and respond to customer requests to provide superior customer service and satisfaction. • Scan documents and file paperwork (trip sheets, logs, bills) promptly to maintain company records for retention and retrieval and an organized, tidy workplace. • Communicate with the customer to verify order and services, address, phone number, whether large trucks are permitted on street, if there are steps or stairs leading into home and or floor where unit will be installed, automated call and the driver pre-call to provide best service and ensure accurate delivery. • Develop proficiency with information systems to be able to access data and information and update systems accurately.
Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); • One to six months related experience and/or training; • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
