Service Coordinator - Encino, CA

A rapidly growing telecommunications firm, located in the San Fernando Valley is seeking highly motivated, career-oriented individuals for temp-to-hire opportunities working as a Service Coordinator.

The position involves phone contact with customers (outbound calls) and 3rd party vendors installing telephone lines and equipment at customer locations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with customers as well as service contractors; be very detail-oriented and accurate with data entry/typing while speaking on the phone.

The essential skills and experience required include:

  • Data Entry - using Excel and Google Docs
  • Typing accurately both while on the phone and for post-call documentation
  • Listening skills as it pertains to relaying customer information to company installers
  • Attention to detail as follow up calls to customers and vendors is required
  • Sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks while working on deadlines
  • Excellent phone skills, a professional manner while speaking on the phone with customers
