Product Support Technician - Louisville, KY

Will be Reporting to the Technical Call Center Manager. Will be responsible for successfully troubleshooting and providing technical support to both internal and external customers. In this critical role, you must be able to diagnose,troubleshoot and document service and maintenance occurrences with the company's products. Primary Responsibilities *Receive and respond to incoming customers calls and email providing them with troubleshooting assistance and technical information * Assist customers in understanding service manual *Provide 24 hour on-call emergency support *Document trouble shooting procedure and product issues EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors degree specializing in Engineering preferred Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with heavy duty trucks and/or buses Proficient in HVAC electrical systems Must be Computer literate Heavy duty mechanics and/or diesel mechanics preferred Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills
