International Order Entry Specialist - Rogers, AR

• Process orders for both domestic and International. • Communicate with Logistics and Production to coordinate ship dates. • Send credit applications to new customers and coordinate with Accounting on setting up new accounts and terms or credit issues. • Get freight quotes when requested by customers, or for credit card accounts. • Work with Sales Managers and Customers on Purchase order details or revisions. • Initiate RM’s for shipments damaged, lost or transposed in transit. • Special assignments as needed. Preferred Education, Experience and Skills 1. High school diploma 2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required 3. Data Entry – Alphanumeric (Accuracy is crucial) 4. Microsoft Excel – (Advanced); Word and Outlook 5. Syteline – CSI / INFOR experience a plus 6. Computer proficiency 7. Ability to quickly learn and retain new software programs. 8. Strong written and oral communication (good with grammar and spelling) 9. Prior experience with credit applications, purchase orders, freight quotes, RM’s. Bill of Ladings, etc a plus!
