Administrative Assistant

·         Daily responsibilities consist of: corresponding to executive emails, generating reports through excel, processing purchase orders, communicating with executive clientele, scheduling appointments.

·         Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency is required

·         1-2  minimum of administrative / front office experience is essential

·         Ideal candidate has great attention to detail work history, is easy going, and has a great uplifting personality that is not afraid to work with different personalities

·         This is temp to hire position located in North Central San Antonio (410/ West Avenue)  ( Company has excellent Benefits once hired on!)

·         Job Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

·         Position is paying $11hr+ Depending on experience
