Job Duties Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Messaging and placing orders with vendors
- Processing paperwork from initial order to delivery completed
- Reconcile purchase orders with reciever
- Send packing slips to accounting for payments
Will process a large volume of paperwork daily. Will be using Microsoft Office to run reports and log data from orders.and use spreadsheets. Will handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages. Will work with vendors and place orders.
