Human Resources Assistant - Mansura, LA

Currently seeking a Time-keeping Clerk and Purchasing Assistant. This indivudual will need to coordinate day-to-day activities of timekeeping for all employees and submission to corporate payroll. Data entry of employee times worked, vacation days, sick days, etc. must be reported on a timely basis. Reconcile issues with employee time and invoice processing. Generate purchase orders and purchase requisitions as to order materials, goods and supplies. Send purchase orders to suppliers. Review deliveries against orders for accuracy and track status for all orders. Ensure that all invoices are verified and sent to accounts payable for payment.
