Customer Service Representative - Dothan, AL

·         Answer incoming telephone calls from existing and potential customers.

·         Suggestively sell to the customer’s interest level by recommendation.

·         Verify existing customer account information, enter orders into the system, check orders thoroughly for accuracy, review orders with customer, submit orders for fulfillment, email or fax order confirmations and follow up on-hold orders by telephone call, fax or email.
