Administrative Assistant - Lake Charles, LA

Are you looking for a new challenge and excellent career opportunity?  Advantage Resourcing is interviewing for an Administrative Assistant for one of our prominent clients in the local area. Experience is key for this exciting career opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties to include (copying, faxing, mailing and filing)
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Word
  • Creating PDF documents
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Answer phones

Skill Requirements:

  • Great communication skills verbal and written
  • 5 years prior office experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time

Position is temp to hire!  Pay $12.00 - $13.00 per hour.  Work hours Monday – Friday
