Engineering Technician - Cleveland, TN

The Engineering Technician is responsible for leading efforts among the teams to minimize waste, improve productivity and product consistency along with general administrative assistance duites in support of daily collections, analyzing and reporting of daily production performance data and trends.

Responsibilities: Research potential vendors and sources for direct replacements and parts & materials. Maintain electronic and/or paper files of daily manufacturing forms, logs, worksheets generated in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Prepare engineering meeting minutes and staff meeting minutes. Initiate and follow up on purchase requests. Compile capital project documentation and input/edit changes as needed with MMS applications.

Minimum Qualifications: AS Degree in Business administration, engineering or related area. Prior experience in the administrative or technical field with a proven track record. Excellent customer service skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in MS Office applications
