Administrative Assistant - West Monroe, LA
Advantage Resourcing is looking for a Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping experience.
Must have 3 years experience with QuickBooks pro desktop and Microsoft office
Candidate must have experience in:
· Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
· Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
· Monitor office expenses and order office supplies.
· Prepare A/P checks and track bank account balances
· Weekly payroll by ADP
Prepare and file quarterly statements,
· Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
· Above average Excel, math, and computer skills. Will be asked regularly to compile information from different reports.
· Must keep organized company files.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must keep any and all employee and company information confidential.
