Human Resources/I.T. Clerk - Beaumont, TX

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a HR/I.T. Clerk for an organization in the local area. This position will be an assistant both in the Information Technology Department as well as the Human Resources department.

Ideal candidate will posess the following:

  • Must have a HS Diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Administrative role.
  • Electronic filing systems is a must
  • Must be able to maintain and track in an electronic filing system
  • Report to vendors regarding the Affordable Care Act.
  • Maintain I9 Records
  • Assist in preparation of and maintenance of the budget
  • Assists with review and input of departmental information
  • Review and entry of data into the payroll and employee file system
  • Must be proficient in data entry and willing to test on proficiency

This is a part time temp to hire position. Will be scheduled approximately 30 hours per week. Knowledge of the Catholic Church is preferred but not required. This position offers the opportunity for permanancy and growth within the organization.
