Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) - Alexandria, LA

Exciting opportunity to join the customer service team of a successful and growing insurance agency! If you have a passion for customer service, and enjoy assisting loyal customers, then this is the job for you. Se habla Español? The right candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, and able to assist customers in both languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing records, and drafting reports on customer service issues
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problem

 

Requirments:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A great attitude, and a passion for helping others
