Customer Service Rep - Pensacola, FL

As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for performing clerical and customer service tasks to support order sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fast pace office position for a local manufacturer.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


  • Answer incoming phone calls in regards to product
  • Use computer for email, scheduling orders, and tracking orders
  • Package outgoing shipments and select best transit company to fill needs, completing necessary documentation
  • Organize and store materials and inventory
  • Track shipments as needed
  • Lift and move heavy inventory, operating forklift as necessary


  • At least one consistent year in a fast pace office environment requiring ability to multitask in a customer facing position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand complex information and answer product related questions once taught product specifications
  • Previous experience multitasking with office functions such as answering phones, using Excel, placing orders, and operating copy-scanner equipment
  • Ability to correspond professionally through written emails
