Trade Show Coordinator - Woonsocket, RI

Responsible for:

  • Planning and executing consumer-facing events
  • Coordinating all itineraries and event logistics including registration, contracts, onsite logistics, booth layouts, staffing, shipping, vendors, supplies, etc.
  • Working with the Events and Partnerships Manager to set individual goals and measurable objectives throughout the year and meeting those goals and objectives
  • Working with Sales, Marketing and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of event materials
  • Providing an after-action report immediately following an event, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and lessons learned for future events
  • Ability to travel weekdays and/or weekends
