- Planning and executing consumer-facing events
- Coordinating all itineraries and event logistics including registration, contracts, onsite logistics, booth layouts, staffing, shipping, vendors, supplies, etc.
- Working with the Events and Partnerships Manager to set individual goals and measurable objectives throughout the year and meeting those goals and objectives
- Working with Sales, Marketing and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of event materials
- Providing an after-action report immediately following an event, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and lessons learned for future events
- Ability to travel weekdays and/or weekends
