Human Resources Manager

Provide guidance and assistance to associates and perform varied administrative, reporting, legal compliance, and auditing functions, benefits, workers' compensation, FMLA, FSLA, company policies, and other HR functions with utmost confidentiality. Effectively manage associate issues within established protocols including onboarding, orientation, career pathing, conflict resolution, counseling, policy interpretation, and exit interviewing. Manage and guide the recruitment function for all salary and hourly positions including, interviews, tests, and select temporary assignments. Exhibit a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Bachelors Degree in related field, Professional HR certification preferred
  • 5-7 years experience with current knowledge in HR trends and employment laws
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong associate relations, communication, public speaking, training, problem solving, and trusted advisement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
