Office Assistant - Lafayette, LA
Advantage Resourcing is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant for an engineering firm in the Lafayette area.
Job duties are as follows:
- Responsible for front desk duties
- Answering/directing incoming calls
- Bi-weekly cost reports
- Employee time entry
- Accounts payable and receivable
This will be a temporary assignment for a maternity leave. Position will pay $16/hr.
Work schedule is Mon-Thur 7am-3:30pm and Fridays 7am-11am.
