Customer Service Representitive - Louisville, KY

Customer Service Representative I Answer inbound calls from customers and based on their address, communicate contractual specifications and limits. Calls types include, but not limited to, Start/Stop/Transfer Service, Payments, Service/Billing Inquiries, and Up-selling, Pricing based on contracts or specific areas. Some calls are challenging and require problem resolution in a calm and professional manner. Expectations and Skills • Positive attitude • Enjoy working on multiple projects and ability to prioritize workload • Enjoy the challenges of difficult conversation resolution • Enjoy working in a metric driven call center environment • Pleasant speaking voice and tone • Contribute to a positive working environment on a daily basis • Display a professional demeanor and appearance at all times • Additional skills may be required to perform tasks specific to work location, department or line of business • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision • Must embrace and drive changes to improve processes and the working environment • Ability to sit at a workstation for lengthy periods of time • Ability to read and interpret reports and instructions • Ability to understand and enter accurate data into a customer profile database • Above average skills in grammar and spelling including verbal and written communication, data entry, general math, familiarity with internet research • One year of prior consumer customer service experience and/or collections in a call center environment • Experience working with MS Office Excel, interpreting, updating and saving data • High School diploma required • Enjoy working in a drug-free team environment - random or on-demand drug testing may occur • College degree or equivalent experience with some higher education preferred • Dependable transportation
