  • Analyze and resolve insurance denials
  • Appeal and/or resubmit unresolved accounts to insurance carriers
  • Research and respond to insurance correspondence
  • Research and obtain required documents to resolve misdirected payments
  • Medical billing experience
  • Knowledge of health care terminology, laws and regulations
