Advantage Resourcing is looking for experienced MIG Welders for a well-established manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN with a starting pay of $14.00/hour.  Talk to us to get more details!  This position may offer an opportunity for you to get hired in 90 days!

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour (raises based on attendance and performance)

Shift Times: 2nd shift Mon - Thurs 3:30pm-2am

Responsibilities of the MIG Welder include:

  • Standing for 8-10 hours per day lifting 40lbs continuously
  • MIG Welding wire display racks for floor samples
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications of the MIG Welder include:

  • Must have stable, verifiable work history
  • Must have previous MIG Welding experience
  • Must be able to pass MIG test (Thin) 11-18 Gauge Sheet Metal
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Welding School Certification is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have great attendance and be reliable!!
  • Must submit to drug screening and criminal background check
