Advantage Resourcing is looking for an Office Coordinator in the Eldorado Arkansas Area

This position assists the field office with administrative functions in managing all office administration and reception duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities

This position handles a wide variety of clerical and confidential tasks; the duties of this position include but are not limited to following: • Open and close office • Greet, assist, and announce visitors • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Coordinate all needs and fill printers, fax, copy machines as needed • Open and distribute mail; stuff, post and drop mail; prepare and drop/FedEx and UPS mail delivery/informed of delivery areas • Order and maintain office supplies; maintain coffee supply, refreshments as needed • Preparation of letters, correspondence and documents • Assist the field staffwith any projects/tasks assigned • Coordinate/assist as needed with corporate human resources, accounting, audit, etc. • Assist with filing and filing system needs • Maintain office cleanliness and organization • Maintain a positive and professional office atmosphere • Follow safe operating practices and ensure compliance with Safety & Regulatory requirements • Assure all work performed adheres to standards • Perform all other duties as assigned
