Inventory/Purchasing Clerk - Shreveport, LA

Advantage Resourcing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to assist Purchasing/Marketing department with ordering and reporting.

This is an Mid-level position and would have the following job responsibilities:

  • Run and review re-order and back-order reports with minimal ordering
  • Enter purchase orders in vendor portal
  • Manifest purchase order in accounting system
  • Data Entry Support o Key in pricing requests, manifests, equipment information, etc
  • Help review pricing errors and system reports
  • Report maintenance
  • Refresh data in reports for Scorecards, Inventory Movement, Excess Inventory, etc
  • Assist with monthly departmental reporting
  • Maintain product information in CRM database
  • Additional administrative tasks for the department head
