Advantage Resourcing is recruiting for an Office Manager for a company in Lafayette.

Job duties are as follows:

  • Handling a/p, a/r, and weekly payroll for approximately 15 in QuickBooks
  • Managing the books for 3 small companies
  • Will be handling bank statements and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Will be handling monthly taxes (sales, parish, paryoll, state witholding)
  • Must be very organized and self motivated
  • Will order office supplies
  • Must be proficient in Word and Excel
  • Must be very proficient in QuickBooks - 80% of work done in this
  • Will handle yearly - 1099s, occupational licenses, property tax, benefits via rep
  • Confidentiality is very important
