Office Manager - Lafayette, LA
Advantage Resourcing is recruiting for an Office Manager for a company in Lafayette.
Job duties are as follows:
- Handling a/p, a/r, and weekly payroll for approximately 15 in QuickBooks
- Managing the books for 3 small companies
- Will be handling bank statements and monthly bank reconciliations
- Will be handling monthly taxes (sales, parish, paryoll, state witholding)
- Must be very organized and self motivated
- Will order office supplies
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Must be very proficient in QuickBooks - 80% of work done in this
- Will handle yearly - 1099s, occupational licenses, property tax, benefits via rep
