HR Generalist - Aliso Viejo, CA

We are looking for an HR Generalist  to input data into SAP System for all Human Resources.

  • Activities will include; data entry for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, salary changes, benefits, etc, in a timely manner. 
  • Assist site HR Managers with questions regarding benefit plans and procedures.
  • Research and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations and Open Enrollment Meetings.
  • Maintain organizational changes in HRIS System.
  • Assist other sites with any questions or paperwork as needed.
  • Manage the input, verification, and processing of payroll.
  • Ensure payroll entries are accurate, and compliant.
  • Process all wage calculations in accordance with the current compensation terms as well as manage all wage assignments.
  • Manage Medical, Dental, and Visions Insurance Plans.
  • Assist employees with benefit questions, and resolution of outstanding issues with Insurance carriers.
  • Maintain HR and employee files, tracked reviews and reported review schedule to management.
