HR Generalist - Aliso Viejo, CA
We are looking for an HR Generalist to input data into SAP System for all Human Resources.
- Activities will include; data entry for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, salary changes, benefits, etc, in a timely manner.
- Assist site HR Managers with questions regarding benefit plans and procedures.
- Research and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations and Open Enrollment Meetings.
- Maintain organizational changes in HRIS System.
- Assist other sites with any questions or paperwork as needed.
- Manage the input, verification, and processing of payroll.
- Ensure payroll entries are accurate, and compliant.
- Process all wage calculations in accordance with the current compensation terms as well as manage all wage assignments.
- Manage Medical, Dental, and Visions Insurance Plans.
- Assist employees with benefit questions, and resolution of outstanding issues with Insurance carriers.
- Maintain HR and employee files, tracked reviews and reported review schedule to management.
