CRM Manager - Bryan, TX

(CRM) Manager The position will be responsible for developing, implementing and adopting a sales process with SAP Hybris and other platforms in a B2B environment. You will also serve as a liaison between our sales network and technical development teams for the implementation of our CRM system and applications. The position will also be accountable for the overall strategy for the CRM operations of USA and Mexico. CRM experience is required and SAP CRM or Hybris is highly desirable. Responsibilities and Associated Duties: Manages implementation of CRM automation changes to the sales process. Documents change, collaborates with appropriate personnel to validate changes, and leads the development and delivery of training curriculum to affected users of sales CRM applications ? Facilitate continued enhancements of CRM regarding alignment with sales processes and sales reporting requirements ? Develop the overall strategy and enablement of Sales and CRM systems and technology solutions. ? Collaborate and work effectively with IT Leadership and Staff (e.g., application managers, architects, developers) to meet project requirements within project constraints ? Ensure activities are aligned between business and IT strategies ? Reviews the sales process for opportunities for CRM automation that support more effective and efficient workflows. Suggests innovations for improved sales automation from field input. ? Implements Hybris program aligned with organizational goals and strategies. ? Monitors metrics of the established CRM tools to ensure workflow is operating to generate output to meet expectations based on business goals. ? Mentors and develops scrum team to effectively manage CRM projects and daily operational activities. ? Responsible for the development and maintenance of Sales CRM "best practices". Education/Experience: ? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field required. ? Substantial experience in a combined sales, consulting, and/or general operational role with at least 2 years of management experience. Requirements and Qualifications: ? Demonstrates leadership ability ? English/Spanish fluent ? Core Sales, Sales Management and/or Sales Training experience ? CRM Experience ? Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment ? Excellent presentation and written skills ? Strong negotiation skills ? Ability to plan, manage workloads and make independent decisions ? Initiative with Critical thinking ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills ? Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
