Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Sunnyvale,CA
Duration : 6 months+

Overview: 
This is a customer-facing cold calling role responsible for engaging with potential prospects and also leading their regional team to attain goals.

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in optimizing best outbound sales processes, to drive pipeline from regional events and asset syndication.

*Regular activities in this role include: 
-Cold calling into C level decision makers, building quick rapport and 
assessing needs. 
-This role will require a strong fundamental understanding Cloud products and services 
-Strong team player and communication skills to continue growing personal 
and team development. 
-Collaborating with sales, marketing, and sales engineers 
-Helping prospects understand, get excited and engage with the the products and services offered. 
-Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify cloud 
solutions and value and translate this into meaning conversations with targeted prospects 

Daily Responsibilities: 
-Use expert knowledge in CRM to ensure accounts, leads, and opportunities are accurate 
-Employ current account intelligence in ensuring proper  management teams are alerted 
-Be the source of Cloud thought leadership for your team 
-Serve as the golden standard of etiquette for data quality and processes 

Team Goals: 
-Lead your team to the goals and metrics they need to achieve 
-Help other team members in creating expertise in their workflow and product knowledge 
-Create documentation for team to follow different processes and standards 
-Identify areas for process improvement and share with relevant stakeholders 
-Ramp up new team members in Sales Development skills and systems 

Sales Development: 
-Strive for high prospect engagement in order to provide timely information about Cloud 
-Understand and help Sales and Marketing reach their Market targets 
-Help identify the best cloud solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions 
-Build and foster trust between prospects and the larger Cloud team 
-Act as point of contact for communications with  management 

Lead Management: 
-Quickly assess and prioritize leads from marketing and other sources 
-Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their Cloud Computing needs 
-Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs 

Partner Engagement: 
-Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs 
-Route leads to qualified partners for customized solutions 

Required Qualifications: 
-Ideally, 2+ years experience in sales, marketing/business development preferably at a high-tech company 
-Comfortable in goal-driven environment and attaining goals with broader team 
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal 
-Self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive 
-Able to work independently but within a team environment 
-Customer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience 
-Strong outbound sales skills 
-Intelligent, and inquisitive individual who strives to extend their professional knowledge 
-Proven experience working with cross-functional teams 
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines 
-Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills 
-Strong attention to detail 

Nice to Have: 
-BS/BA Degree (Manager is open to area of study) 
-Cloud Platform background 
-CRM experience 
-SaaS sales experience 
-Experience leading teams or coaching peers
