Seeking an experienced and seasoned MSP Implementation Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to provide influential expertise, consultation and support and partnership on a highly visible transformation project.
Must have proven consulting experience with a leading vendor management system suppliers for contingent resources.
Will support Contingent Workforce under HR Global Payroll Services/HR to support the business leader to execute, drive and complete business task related to various projects and change initiatives for a Vendor Management tool deployment.
Must be an excellent facilitator, collaborator and team player. Will be creating and making presentations . May be required to travel to the work site in Charlotte, NC to collaborate with the team
Proven experience of deployment of successful projects and knowledge of the IQN, Beeline or Fieldglass tool implementations is required.
Experience consulting in the financial industry is required - knowledge of the Supply Chain Management integrations with the solution is desired.
Global knowledge and experience with deploying these Contingent resource tools is required.
Drive quality deliverables and share knowledge to develop future state configurations and processes.
Experience working with senior leaders and business leaders across mid to large organizations.
Proven experience with successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature.
Collaborates with business leaders and project managers to define projects / goals, and design the appropriate change focused communications and identify the learning business process model and/or timing/bundling for implementations.
Assists in determining size, scope, impacts, risk, budget and strategy for initiatives that are corporate wide and have substantial impact to the bottom line; presenting for senior management reviews.
Provides consultation, requirements, tools, direction and oversight to business units performing their own solution preparation (for less complex projects) to ensure standards are met.
Experience with HR Talent management, workforce reporting tools and onboarding processes is a plus.
Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions
