Job Title: IaaS Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The IaaS Account Manager will report to the Director of Cloud Operations. This position is responsible for the management of account creation/deletion, as well as statistics reporting and usage tracking for internal usage of public IaaS clouds (AWS, GCP and Azure).

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Understand and report on company-wide IaaS spend, usage, savings opportunities and account status
- Provision, de-provision, and report on accounts for individuals and teams
- Take ownership of existing account data, creating a single source of truth for IaaS account information
- Take ownership of existing reporting process and continue to provide reports, while making on-going process improvements
- Identify when RI's (Reserved Instances, and the like) should be used, and report on historical opportunities where RI's should have been used 
- Create and distribute charge-back reports 
- Maintain on-site database of IaaS account information 
- Introduce (where appropriate) automation, with regards to reporting, as well as account management
- View, understand and share data from IaaS providers' existing dashboards
- Work alongside R&D teams to understand and track spend and usage  
- Work with IT peers in order to leverage existing technologies that will improve our overall IaaS reporting and management processes

- Work with IT peers in order to build an internal dashboard for reporting
- Introduce account automation via IaaS providers existing API's (not a hard requirement)

Job Requirements:
- Strong experience manipulating data and creating reports in Excel and Google Sheets

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills  

- Strong communications skills

- Strong ability to quickly respond to inquiries received on multiple platforms (Slack, Google Chat, Email)

- Experience provisioning and managing public cloud accounts
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment 
- Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and high standard of excellence 
- Fast learner, achiever, sets high personal goals 
- Must be able to work on multiple projects and consistently meet project deadlines 
- Finance background a plus

- Understanding of internal charge-backs in an IT organization a plus

- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
