Position : Program Coordinator
Duration : 1 year with possible extension
Location : Mountain View CA 
Full-time (40 hours / week) 

Overview 
The position is responsible for onboarding contractors and serving as the main point of contact for specific programs. 

Responsibilities: 

* Onboard new contractors 
- Responsible certain areas of onboarding, including working with the Legal and Payment teams to create contracts, amendments, and purchase orders 
- Track each contractors onboarding process, following up as necessary 
* Process payments 
- Verify completed work and approve invoices 
- Monitor purchase orders, adding funds or closing requisitions as necessary 
- Act as main POC for all payment questions 
* Coordinate logistics, communications and training 
- Schedule new contractor training, ship materials to new contractors, and send on-going communication 
* Monitor work stream 
- Generate weekly reports of contractor hours and follow up accordingly 
- Provide general support for one-off tasks 

Minimum Qualifications: 
* Bachelor’s Degree 
* 2 years of experience as a program coordinator, or equivalent practical experience 
* Proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams at the same time 
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
* Excellent communication skills, both internal- and external-facing 
* Experience tracking complex projects and delivering on project timelines 

Preferred Qualifications: 
* Interest in education & EdTech
