Senior Digital Product Manager - Banking and Virtual Channels Required


  • 5+ years product management or development experience
  • 5+ years working experience in consumer lending, with some knowledge of home equity and/or mortgage. Experience in originations a huge plus
  • 10+ years over-all with deep experience in SDLC projects (waterfall and agile) as a product manager
  • Experience working in agile as a product owner
  • Ability to advocate for the end-to-end digital customer experience
  • Ability to conform to established product management and strategic frameworks

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements to achieve alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and taking ideas from concept to launch
  • Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables


Our banking customer’s Virtual Channels (WFVC) is the driving creative and technical force behind our customer’s mobile and tablet experiences. WFVC enables customers to realize their financial goals by delivering the world's most innovative e-banking and e-commerce services, capabilities, and alliances. Our customer is one of the largest digital banks in the world, with over twenty four million customers banking online and over thirteen million customers banking on mobile devices.

This role will provide product management guidance for the online originations of Home Equity (HE) products.

Responsibilities include

  • Acting as the product owner for an Agile Scrum team. We’re an adaptation of agile and incorporates standard agile practices: managing a backlog of stories, prioritizing stories for sprints, and defining stories
  • Collaborating with partners in the HE LOB to implement online application and digital fulfillment experiences for customers, such that customers can apply online and provide all the information needed to satisfy underwriting and regulatory concerns
  • Staying connected to the evolving design and architecture of our front end platforms, so that we can make aligned and informed decisions on the customer experience
