While this is a 12 month contract position, it has the potential to extend long term. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years operations analysis experience.
This process analyst will be working on the Enterprise SDLC Governance team. This person is going to help our governance team analyze metrics on adherence to SDLC standards, answer incoming questions about standards adherence from users all over the bank (from end users to senior execs). 
As part of this position, this person will be responsible for: 
Support for SDLC governance.
Participate in or lead calls to explain and support the SDLC data that was used to compute the SDLC Scorecard. 
Data analysis - working with a set of SQL databases to deliver reporting and identify key metrics to drive decisions on SDLC Governance. 
Analysis of data looking for patterns of non-compliance to SDLC standards. 
UAT validation for our metrics and SDLC Scorecard Tableau tool. 
Perform ETL of data from the various systems of record used for SDLC Scorecard and other SDLC Governance needs. 
Process Mapping - Visio skills knowledge 
Dashboard metrics - versioning, best practices 
Ability to lead UAT testing including participating in Scrum calls and use JIRA to manage work flow. 
Excellent communication skills – will be on the phone with executives and also work with application managers, EQE and PMs as well as dev teams. 
This person needs to be at ease on the phone coaching, mentoring and helping different levels of management understand SDLC processes and work one on one with folks who are frustrated. 
Analytic background, the ability to break down issues/needs into user stories and actionable steps. 
Needs a strong drive to be able to work towards solutions on their own and present options to SDLC team. 
Would prefer someone with an SDLC and Agile background, and someone strong in analysis roles that involve software development.
