Location: Remote – work from home opportunities
Selected candidate will be involved in:
Speech/touchtone IVR customer experience and service delivery
Creating and providing detailed input on IVR designs, identifying, evaluating, and recommending IVR solutions that are cost effective, customer focused, and meet business requirements.
Prepare systems specifications and facilitate changes to automated phone (IVR) call flows to fulfil business requirements.
Act as a liaison between client area and technical area by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with speech IVR solutions.
Monitor IVR performance metrics, analyze information, and prepare reports regarding utilization and trends.
Provide leadership, expertise and support for IVR initiatives. This system supports customers calling to get account information, make payments and perform other self-service activities within an automated phone system.
Ideal candidate will have proven experience as a solid Business Analyst with experience managing IVRs
Experience in Financial industry (bank, credit card)
Familiarity with Voice User Interface (VUI) documents
Familiarity with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) is a huge plus! (not required but great to have)
