 Job description:

As the user experience designer, you will translate your design concepts into living, breathing prototypes, and iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the perfect experience for interactive features on the web.
An ideal candidate is someone who is excited to use both their design chops and technical know how to shape the web, push the boundaries of user interface design, and to collaborate on a small, tight-knit team of developers.

Our team is embarking on exciting projects that require a strong interaction designer with some engineering experience who can partner with other UXers, PMs, Engs, and Research to execute.

Responsibilities (must have’s): -

Communicate with design, eng, pm, to set expectations for timely delivery - Collaborate with design teammates (design and research), eng, and pm to create designs that meet user needs  
Produce prototype-ready demos and mock-ups Able to communicate design process behind proposals  
Partner with various eng to implement your designs to spec
Design, document, and iterate on new interaction patterns and paradigms

 Minimum Qualifications: -

Interaction and user experience engineer hybrid 3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience collaborating with UX research, other designers, product managers, and engineers
Creative and analytical mindset to present information based on established design principles.
Organized, methodical, and fast Estimates scope of work, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
Proficiency with design tools, such as Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Ability to quickly prototype designs Knowledge of Javascript, HTML + CSS
Experience designing for web Nice-to-have


Experience with user research (usability testing)
Knowledge in native and web, mobile first experiences
Experience building prototypes for user research
Proficiency with Framer, Principle, or other prototyping tools
Experience designing frameworks BS in design / MS in HCI
