Tech Leader in NYC is Seeking an Inside Sales Specialist
Description: As an NBS Readiness Specialist you will work closely with the New Business Sales team, assisting Sales Reps with Ad campaign tracking implementation, as well as other tasks related to preparing potential customers for launching a successful Advertising campaign.
Responsibilities include knowing how to set up basic to advanced campaign tracking via Google AdWords, and being able to relay requirements (including but not limited to analytics tagging, conversion tracking, remarketing setup, e-commerce tracking) between Advertisers, NBS Sales Reps, and our internal partner technical team.
Additional responsibilities include thoroughly understanding Google Analytics, Ad Creative policies, website specifications (related to improving website speed), in addition to knowing how to work well with clients and internal colleagues. As an ideal candidate, you have no trouble navigating ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and come up with innovative ideas to drive process improvements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help both the NBS and our partner Account Management team to set our clients up for success
- Bachelors degree with a strong academic record.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
- Salesforce.com or other CRM knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of popular SMB ecommerce platforms and their integration with AdWords (shopify, woocommerce etc) a plus.
