We are currently seeking a Customer Support Administrator/ Content Reviewer for a 3-month (possible contract to hire) opportunity with our client in Cordova, TN.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong administration background with auditing skills.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Must have attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Must have Strong Office experience
- Receive orders from customers and sales force via ACD telephone system ED! voice message system Fax and mail.
- Write and orally communicate with customers and sales force concerning customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints. Process customer complaints by examining relevant information to determine the accuracy of the customer complaint and responsibility of error.
- Notify the customer and appropriate personnel of the findings adjustments and recommendations.
- May follow-up on recommended adjustments to insure customer satisfaction.
- Confer with Production Marketing Sales Shipping Warehouse or Traffic Specialist to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Maintain and display customer sales force and distributor information using on-line computer terminals. Receive and enter orders from customers and sales force and distributor information using on-line computer terminal.
- Process all necessary stock withdrawals related to the replenishment of inventory.
- Maintain files related to the processing of all order types.
