No relocation offered.

Please note the shift available. This a 1 Year contract position- available asap!
Mon-Thurs 7am-530pm  (2)
Mon-Friday 2pm-1030pm 
Sun-Mon-Tues-wed 12-1030pm
Mon-Tues-Thurs-Friday 7am-5:30pm

Answer incoming calls into the Service Desk supporting basic technical questions and logging calls within the ticket management system. May provide support on basic issues like on login, PW reset, mobile device PW resets for email. Will answer and route intermediate and complex tickets to the Tier 1.5, 2 and 3 groups for support.

Skills Required Basic experience with Windows  Hands-on experience with MS Office 2010 Applications, Internet Explorer and Outlook  Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers,  Ability to learn and work within Active Directory user, group and computer accounts  Ability to learn basic troubleshooting and support of PC hardware and peripherals, such as printers  Knowledge of security applications including antivirus software a plus  Knowledge of Blackberry, Android and iPhone a plus Skills Preferred  Basic experience with Windows  Hands-on experience with MS Office 2010 Applications, Internet Explorer and Outlook  Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers,  Ability to learn and work within Active Directory user, group and computer accounts  Ability to learn basic troubleshooting and support of PC hardware and peripherals, such as printers  Knowledge of security applications including antivirus software a plus  Knowledge of Blackberry, Android and iPhone a plus Experience Required  Customer Service experience, Microsoft Office suite Active Directory, Remedy ticketing software, remote troubleshooting  Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration.

 Experience Preferred Education Required 2+ Years with HS or 2+ Years with AA or 0+ Years with BS
