Our client a well-known technology company is seeking a Business Analyst  to join their winning team.

The Analyst defines business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions. Identifies the organization's technological, functional and business strengths, establishes data systems that leverage and capitalize on the knowledge of team members, and finds ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes. Understands the business implications of solutions, and assists in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements. Identifies best practices throughout the organization and communicates and implements these practices to drive the knowledge management initiatives. Principal responsibilities include:
- Conducts preliminary studies of alternative business solutions
- Learns and applies basic knowledge in one functional area
- Assists with larger projects assigned to team
- May be responsible for a large part of a project
The North America Reporting and Analytics team is looking for a self-starter who loves data analysis and thrives within a cross-functional setting. This individual will help to provide actionable reports and valuable insights into the state of the North America Demand Gen programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, extremely strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. This individual must be able to successfully work across teams to get the job done. The ideal candidate should not only have the desire to dig into details but be comfortable in presenting their findings to the broader team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include: • Leverage analytics to provide insight driven recommendations on how to best optimize our programs for maximum return on investment. • Develop comprehensive dashboards that help to answer strategic business questions. • Build monthly and quarterly state of the business reports which are presented to executive management • Collaborate with Digital Operations team to report on digital KPIs - including website performance
Requirements: • Self-starter who is organized and able to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Ability to make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects • Strong analytical skills • Experience leveraging online analytics tools and defining digital KPIs. • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) • Ability to collaborate cross-functionality and build relationships across the business • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • MBA Preferred
