Job Description: 

The Functional Analyst will be responsible to work with project and business SMEs on requirement definition and translation to support an Oracle to HANA migration project. In addition, this position will be responsible to help determine the pre and post testing validation plan as well as execution of the plan to validate the database, data, systems to ensure the systems are working properly post migration. This position will work closely with the Project Manager and Developers to assist with determining project activities and tasks for the migration as well as determining project mitigation strategies. 

Experience Required: 
• 5+ years overall IT project delivery experience with Analysis, Development, Testing and/or SAP functional consulting.
• Application Functional and/or Test experience with SAP LMS (Learning Management System) and HCM (Human Capital Management), some experience with BizX a plus. 
• Experience evaluating and composing technical requirements. 
• Experience composing test strategies and validating/testing requirements are fulfilled and systems are working properly. 
• Experience with IT migration projects and testing/validation of data migrated (pre and post migration validation). 
• Experience with SQL and Databases to look at tables and data. 
• Excellent communications skills a must as well as strong technical skills with the ability to learn new areas quickly. 
• Experience with Oracle or HANA or both a plus. 
• Experience working in AWS a plus.
