Job Description:

Our client a well-known technology company is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their winning team  . 
The Digital Project Manager (Digital PM) helps define, track, and maintain web publishing roadmaps and requirements, working within a cross-functional agile digital marketing team. The Digital PM manages deliverables owned by product marketing managers, web designers, globalization team members, and web publishers.
To be successful in this role, you must be results-oriented, have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, as well as strong project management skills. You must be detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams is essential. Someone who is naturally curious and likes to ask questions would have a strong foundation for success in this role.
Responsibilities • Collaborates with product marketing, globalization, and product launch teams to scope needs, establish goals, and identify publishing dates. • Defines detailed project plans, monitors progress, risks, and risk mitigations. • Manages agile stories in a product backlog and works day-to-day with the product teams to ensure the work is completed within a given sprint cycle • Works closely with the web development team as part of the agile development cycles and represents the voice of the customer. • Manages content creation and online publishing by collaborating cross-functionally with the teams that own content. • Maintains quality control: review, approve, and address quality issues as needed. • Solves problems: listens and collaborates to understand challenges, and works cross-functionally to find solutions. • Serves as the first line of contact for updating and maintaining published content. Partners cross-functionally to determine updates needed and publish modifications.
Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of experience managing digital or digital content projects is a must. • 5+ years of experience defining project schedules and managing projects. Experience using project management tools (SmartSheets, Clarizen, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, etc) is required. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must. • Experience managing projects using an agile methodology (Jira, VersionOne, Pivotal Tracker, TFS, etc) is a plus. • Experience optimizing content for search engines is a plus. • Bachelors degree preferred.
